Madrid, July 16, 2018 - The tourist group Globalia announces the change in its shareholders after the agreement reached between the shareholders and the corporate parties of the company.

By virtue thereof, the CEO of Globalia, Javier Hidalgo Gutiérrez, owns 10% of the capital after the acquiring shares from Banco Popular and Inversiones Tirema.

In the same way, Globalia's purchasing director, Cristina Hidalgo Gutiérrez, has increased her stake in the shareholding after buying 1.9% from Tirema, thus reaching 7.04% of the company's total capital.

The Hidalgo family, which is looking for a partner, now controls 78% of Globalia.
