Munich, Germany – EMP today announced that Jochen Baltes has joined the team as Managing Director where he will play a senior role in the firm’s aviation leasing and financing activities.

Mr. Jochen Baltes joins EMP after more than 11 years with GOAL Aircraft Leasing, where he most recently served as Managing Director in charge of deal and equity origination, trading, technical management, trading and OEM relations. Prior to joining GOAL, Mr. Baltes held several technical and commercial functions at Swiss International Airlines AG, SunExpress and Lufthansa AG.
