AerFin Ltd (UK) has completed the teardown of Airbus A319-100 MSN 3077. The 2007 narrow-body aircraft was acquired from a Mexican financial Institution, and is believed to be the youngest ever A319 aircraft to be dismantled. With significant commonality across the entire Airbus A320 family product-line means this teardown will support AerFin’s broad Airbus customer base.
AerFin’s Head of Acquisitions, Auvinash Narayen commented, “This tear-down is significant in many ways. Firstly, being among the youngest ever A319 to be torn down means that we will add to our inventory, latest generation of A320 family components, as well as with a significant life remaining in the high value Life Limited Parts. This will allow us to provide optimal, strategic support solutions for airlines.”
