SkyWorks Holdings today announced transactions and activities performed during Q1 2024 for its Leasing & Asset Management and Investment Banking & Advisory Groups.

Leasing & Asset Management Group activities included the following:

• On behalf of Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing, SkyWorks arranged the sale of two A321-200 aircraft on lease to Aegean Airlines.

• On behalf of a North American financial institution, SkyWorks extended the lease for one A319-100 aircraft on lease to Bangkok Airways.

• SkyWorks was retained by a North American network carrier to arrange the sale of certain narrowbody aircraft.

Investment Banking & Advisory Group activities included the following:

• SkyWorks was retained by a North American low-cost carrier to provide business and fleet-related advisory services.

• SkyWorks was retained by an Asia-Pacific low-cost carrier to provide fleet-related advisory services.

• SkyWorks was retained by an EMEA flag carrier to arrange financing for two A320neo aircraft and two A330neo aircraft.

• SkyWorks was retained by a North American professional sports league with respect to advising on transportation matters for the League and its Clubs.

• SkyWorks completed an assignment with American Airlines which resulted in orders with Airbus and Boeing for 85 Airbus A321neo and 85 737 MAX 10 aircraft. SkyWorks also advised American with respect to a long-term engine maintenance services agreement with CFM.

• SkyWorks completed an assignment acting as an advisor to Copa Airlines with respect to the buyback of two 737-800 aircraft on lease with AerCap and Merx.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a North American low-cost carrier in connection with sale and leaseback financing of certain new 737 MAX aircraft.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a North American investment firm in connection with airline investment due diligence.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a North American low-cost carrier with respect to its aircraft order book.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a Latin American network carrier on fleet-related matters.
