Beijing, China: Xiamen Aircraft Leasing (Xiamen Airlease), an aircraft leasing company incorporated in the Xiamen Free Trade Zone, announces today that it has successfully concluded a sale and lease back agreement with China Southern Airlines, consisting of 3 A330-200 Aircraft.

Xiamen Airlease successfully signed the sale and lease back deal which consists of 3 A330-200s, with DOMs 2005 (2 RR Trent 700) and DOM 2011 (1 PW4100). Lease terms vary from 4 to 5 years. With the completion of this transaction Xiamen Aircraft Leasing's portfolio has now increased to 54.
