Wings Capital Partners announced today the addition of Nicolas P. Stable to the Wings’ team as Vice President, Legal and Aircraft Transactions. This addition further shows Wings’ commitment to expand its capabilities in-order to strategically invest in the aviation industry.
Nicolas is an accomplished dealmaker and strategist with a long track record of negotiating and structuring important deals in the aviation industry. He brings significant legal, financial, and operational expertise having successfully completed challenging transactions while at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) and most recently at CHC Helicopter where he spearheaded a complex, multi-billion dollar restructuring and recapitalization.
Over a sixteen-year career, Nicolas gained substantial experience in a wide variety of aviation finance matters, including cross border transactions, aircraft purchases, sales and leases, mergers & acquisitions, debt restructurings, and capital market transactions. Nicolas also frequently handled government relations initiatives and earned a certification in Six Sigma for championing various process improvement projects.

Nicolas graduated cum laude, with distinction, from Duke University and received his law degree from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the bar of the State of New York.
