Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today that Todd Wolynski has rejoined its New York office as a partner. Wolynski served as a White & Case associate from 2006 to 2013 and returns to the Firm as a member of its Global Asset Finance Practice.

Wolynski advises lessors, borrowers, lenders and export credit agencies in connection with helicopter and fixed-wing financings, asset-based structured financings and other cross-border corporate transactions in the aviation and energy sectors. He also has extensive experience in M&A, restructurings and bankruptcies involving companies in the aviation industry.

Wolynski is the latest addition to the Firm's Global Asset Finance Practice, which as of January 1, 2020, promoted Anna Andreeva in Miami and Keisuke Imon in Tokyo to partner, as well as David Wright in London and Shusuke Fukunaga in Tokyo to counsel.
