Viva Air Group, based in Panama, aims to list on the stock exchange by 2021 following a consolidation of its "process of growth and internationalization".
No definite date has been set, according to CEO Felix Antelo.
In addition, Viva Air aims to lower its costs by 10-15% with the introduction of 50 new aircraft, 35 A320neos and 15 A320ceos, valued at US$5 billion at list prices.
