Virgin Atlantic dropped its 2001 order for six A380s, in the latest update to the Airbus Orders & Deliveries website. The carrier plans to operate a total of 12 A350-1000s instead.

Virgin Atlantic had moved the delivery date of the order several times, despite being one the the first customers for the superjumbo.
