Vermillion Aviation Holdings Ireland Limited has entered into a purchase and lease arrangement with Wizz Air for two new A321-200 aircraft with International Aero Engine V2500 engines.

The aircraft will be delivered to Wizz Air in 1H 2019.

Vermillion is a joint venture between MC Aviation Partners, CK Asset Holdings Limited and Li Ka Shing (Overseas) Foundation and currently owns 25 aircraft.

Wizz Air is the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe and currently operates a fleet of 64 A320-200s and 23 A321-200s.
