SINGAPORE (22 August 2017) – Vedder Price is pleased to welcome Global Transportation Finance (GTF) attorney Bill Gibson as a Partner to support the firm’s expansion in Southeast Asia out of the firm’s Singapore office.

Mr. Gibson focuses his practice on a broad range of financings involving various asset types and portfolios of equipment. He concentrates particularly on commercial and corporate aviation finance. This includes cross-border leasing and financing transactions, including ECA-supported and tax-based financings.

In addition to Mr. Gibson’s commercial aviation experience, he also acts on behalf of financiers and train operating companies in connection with the financing and leasing of rolling stock. He was ranked in Chambers 2017 UK Guide, Asset Finance: Aviation Finance category in 2017.
