VD Gulf, Volga-Dnepr Technics subgroup company within Volga-Dnepr Group, has recently received Bermuda approval for Boeing 777 aircraft type. Being one of the leading MRO providers in the Middle East with the location in Sharjah, UAE, the company will be able to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for its customers with the fleet of B777.
With this approval, VD Gulf has extended its base and line maintenance capability from B747-400, B737 CL/NG, and Airbus A320 family to cover B777-200/300. The company will guarantee MRO services of high quality to airline operators, leasing companies and aircraft owners, attracting more customers to Sharjah.

B777 has been in operation for more than 20 years by now and has become the backbone of many leading airlines’ fleet, both passenger and cargo. It is expected that more than 400 airplanes will be delivered till 2030, with a major part of them being ordered by the Middle East carriers. This added capability will support Volga-Dnepr Technics subgroup goal in securing its competitive edge for Volga-Dnepr Group through continuing airworthiness of the fleet.
