8th November 2019 – AJW Group, the world-leading independent specialist in the global management of aircraft spares, has appointed Martin Broadhurst as Non-Executive Director.

Broadhurst has been appointed to replace retiring Director, Randeep Grewal, to help oversee AJW Group’s diversification into new markets, predominantly defence, due to his proven track record of growing international organisations and expanding their capabilities.

He has over 15 years of experience running a large engineering organisation, with a total of over three decades’ of experience in the international aerospace and defence sectors.

Broadhurst previously held the title of chief executive and group director at Marshall Aerospace and Marshall of Cambridge, respectively, for fourteen years. He was subsequently chair of the Beagle Technology Group. His portfolio at present consists of non-executive director And REMCO chair at Ultra Electronics Holdings plc, chairman for Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence and chairman of Royal Aeronautical Society.
