Olbia, October 8th 2018 - Air Italy is pleased to announce that Elisabeth Milton has been appointed Vice President Sales and Distribution, Nicola Pozzati has been appointed Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer and Simona Paccioretti has been appointed Head of Internal Audit.
Elizabeth Milton will be responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect sales as well as formulating the airline’s distribution strategy. Air Italy’s sales network in its core national office teams, as well as staff in the United States and Thailand, and managing the relationships with the General Sales Agencies representing the company abroad, will all come under her remit.
Air Italy Chief Operating Officer Rossen Dimitrov said: "Elisabeth has already proven in her career to be a manager who is not only competent, but also able to play a significant leadership role by involving the entire direct and indirect sales network, both Italian and global, through the development of key strategies in each market. All customers and partners of Air Italy and the trade can therefore be confident of an even more supportive and highly customer-focused engagement from our sales staff moving forwards."
Nicola Pozzati has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer with responsibility for company organization, and harmonizing and developing the structure, procedures and training of staff, in line with the objectives of the new business plan. He will also be in charge of the implementation of a new leadership and performance management model and ensuring the effectiveness of the new organizational structure with operational and commercial offices in Italy and abroad.
Simona Paccioretti has joined Air Italy as Head of Internal Audit, with the primary tasks being the reinforcement of internal control systems and establishing an audit framework in order to solve critical issues and improve the global efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
