Syphax Airlines plans to resume operations in July 2018, according to founder Mohamed Frikha, who said the company will repay its creditors and rehire its employees.

The carrier suspended operations in July 2015 due to financial difficulties.

Syphax will operate an unknown amount of CRJs. It previosuly operated two A319-100s before the suspension.
