Sunwing to offer direct flight service to three new destinations from Fredericton, NB, this winter

TORONTO, July 13, 2017 /CNW/ – Heading off on a winter escape has just gotten a little bit easier for residents of Fredericton, NB, with the news that Sunwing is increasing its direct flight service to a total of four vacation destinations from Fredericton this coming winter including the new destinations of Punta Cana, Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria. Plus, the tour operator will be bringing back the perennial favourite Mexican destination of Cancun.

Punta Cana, known for its dazzling white-sand beaches, world-class golf and abundance of water sports, will be the first Dominican Republic destination to be offered from Fredericton by the tour operator. The weekly flight service will run from February 14 until May 9, 2018. In addition, the #1 to the sun will be offering exclusive weekly flight services between February 13, 2017 and until May 8, 2018 to two new Cuban destinations not previously available: Cayo Coco and Cayo Santa Maria, both known for their laid-back vibe, beautiful beaches and coral reefs. Plus, travellers can also take advantage of the return of popular weekly flight service to Cancun that will operate this season between February 12 and May 14, 2018. In total, Fredericton residents now have access to four of the most popular tropical vacation hotspots from their doorstep this winter.
