Stratos Adds Ex-Boeing Capital Executive, Further Strengthens Asia Presence

Monaco, 11th January 2024 | Stratos, the only independent aircraft asset manager holding a servicer ranking from S&P, today announced the addition of Nate Graddy to its team. Nate is a seasoned industry professional and joins as VP Business Development based in the company’s Tokyo office.

Nate joins Stratos after 12 years at Boeing, where he held a number of positions across the Boeing group. Nate’s last role was with Boeing Capital as senior director, customer finance, with responsibility for Japan and Korea airline and lessor relationships and aircraft finance market development. In previous positions, Nate was part of the Europe customer finance team and led the development of BCC’s annual Current Aircraft Finance Market Outlook. Prior to joining Boeing Capital in 2014, Nate served as international trade policy director at Boeing Commercial Airplanes and strategy and operations director for Boeing Japan. Nate has lived in Japan for 13 of the past 25 years and speaks
Japanese at a business level.
