Skyworld Aviation announces management changes

Skyworld Aviation is undergoing a re-organisation following Peter Greensmith’s recent decision to step back from “day to day” operations of the company and play more of a project management role within the company. Peter who joined Skyworld Aviation from Saab Aircraft Leasing back in 2001 has been an essential part of Skyworld’s success during the last 17 years. Stepping back to run projects or specific campaigns means that Peter will remain active in the Skyworld business as well as establishing his own consultancy company, Papa Golf Aviation.

Juliet Hewitt is stepping up to the role of Marketing Director and will become significantly more involved in the day to day running of the company.

Juliet joined Skyworld Aviation in 2000 and has been responsible for establishing the company brand. She oversees all marketing activities and plays a key role in initiating and progressing sales leads, as well as providing full project support.

In further news, Patrick Leopold has also established his role as Skyworld’s Business Development Manager. Patrick joined Skyworld Aviation in 2013 after having completed the Air Transport Management MSc at Cranfield University and has been an integral part of the team in developing sales leads as well as providing technical support on specific projects. Kati Butler has also had a change of job title to reflect her current role. Kati manages rental and maintenance reserve payments for Skyworld’s lease management clients, and will now become Lease Portfolio Manager/Assistant to the Managing Director.Skyworld remains in close co-operation with regional associates in both Toronto and Paris, Andrew Moore and Patrice Candaten, who primarily cover The Americas and Africa territories.
