Q4 2023 Activity

Leasing & Asset Management Group activities included the following:

• On behalf of Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing, SkyWorks arranged the sale of two A319-100 aircraft on lease to American Airlines.

• On behalf of Global Knafaim Leasing, SkyWorks arranged the sale of two A320-200 aircraft on lease to Avion Express.

• On behalf of a European airline client, SkyWorks arranged a hybrid finance/operating lease for five 737-700 aircraft to Canadian North.

• On behalf of Sanad Capital, a Mubadala Company, SkyWorks arranged the sale of five GE90-115 engines to AerCap.

• On behalf of Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing, SkyWorks arranged the extension of one A320-200 aircraft on lease to Wizz Air.

• SkyWorks was retained by Avation PLC to sell one A330-300 aircraft on lease to Eva Air.

• SkyWorks was retained by Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing to sell one A320-200 aircraft on lease to Wizz Air.

Investment Banking & Advisory Group activities included the following:

• SkyWorks was retained by a North American low-cost carrier in connection with sale and leaseback financing of certain new 737 MAX aircraft.

• SkyWorks was retained by a US-based investment firm in connection with airline investment due diligence.

• SkyWorks completed the sale and leaseback financing program for Spirit Airlines’ 2024 and certain 2025 A320neo family deliveries encompassing 12 aircraft in total. SkyWorks and Spirit closed on lease agreements with Jackson Square Aviation and SMBC Aviation Capital.

• SkyWorks completed the sale and leaseback financing program for Spirit Airlines’ used A320ceo and A320neo family aircraft encompassing 25 aircraft in total.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a North American network carrier on a potential aircraft order.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a U.S. low-cost carrier with respect to its aircraft order book.

• SkyWorks continued to advise a Latin American network carrier on fleet-related matters.

• SkyWorks continued to provide fleet-related advisory services to a Latin American low-cost carrier.

• SkyWorks continued to advise Viva Aerobus in respect of its prospective aircraft order.
