SkyWorks Announces Q3 2024 Activities
SkyWorks Holdings today announced transactions and activities performed during Q3 2024 across its advisory and asset management platform, as follows:
• Retention by Flair Airlines with respect to the sourcing of 737NG and 737 MAX aircraft.
• Retention by a Latin American airline with respect to a restructuring of its fleet obligations.
• Retention by a North American low-cost carrier with respect to arranging JOLCO financing for Pratt & Whitney GTF engines. SkyWorks continues to advise the same carrier with respect to JOLCO financing for A320 aircraft.
• Retention by a low-cost carrier with respect to fleet strategies.
• Completion under the servicing agreement with Sierra Echo Aircraft Leasing of the sale of one A320-200 aircraft on lease with Wizz Air to Aergo Capital Limited.
• Completion of an assignment on behalf of Castlelake in connection with their investment in Scandinavian Airlines (SAS).
• Ongoing support to a North American low-cost carrier with respect to the sale of certain 737-800 aircraft.
• Ongoing support to an EMEA flag carrier with respect to the financing for two A320neo aircraft and two A330neo aircraft.
• Ongoing support to two parties for a corporate finance evaluation exercise relating to a potential merger.
• Ongoing support to an EMEA flag carrier with respect to a potential aircraft order.
• Ongoing support to a North American low-cost carrier in connection with sale and leaseback financing of certain new 737 MAX aircraft. In the quarter, SkyWorks closed on lease agreements for four 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
• Ongoing support to a North American low-cost carrier with respect to its aircraft order book.
• Ongoing support to an Asia-Pacific low-cost carrier on fleet-related matters.
• Ongoing support to a Latin American startup airline on fleet-related matters.
• Ongoing support to a Latin American network carrier on fleet-related matters.
• Ongoing support to a North American professional sports league with respect to air charter requirements for the League and its Clubs.
