• Retention by two parties for a corporate finance evaluation exercise relating to a potential merger.
• Retention by a Latin American startup airline to provide fleet-related advisory services.
• Completion of an assignment acting as an advisor to Copa Airlines with respect to the buyback of two 737-800 aircraft on lease with Avolon.
• Completion of an assignment on behalf of a North American low-cost carrier with respect to business and fleet-related advisory services.
• Completion of an assignment on behalf of Fiji Airways with respect to a strategic review of its flight training academy business.
• Completion of an assignment on behalf of a US-based investor with respect to the lease return of one 737-700BBJ aircraft from Eastern Air Express and back-to-back sale of the aircraft to an Abu Dhabi-based VIP operator.
