Skytech-AIC is delighted to have been appointed by airBaltic on an exclusive basis to market four Boeing 737-300s and two Boeing 737-500s together with their CFM56 engines.
The disposal of these aircraft, built between 1995 and 1999, forms part of the airline’s plan to replace all their long-serving 737 Classics with new Airbus A220- 300s by the end of 2019 and, as a consequence, all six aircraft will become available in November or December of this year.
“These 737s have served airBaltic exceptionally well and are in excellent condition with plenty of operational life left” comments Skytech-AIC Director Richard Noble. “We anticipate that they will appeal both to airline and part-out markets”.
airBaltic is the leading carrier of the Baltic states serving destinations throughout Europe and beyond from Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius. The profitable and expanding airline is on track to become an all-A220 operator within the next three years. airBaltic requests that all enquiries concerning the 737s are directed to Skytech- AIC.
Skytech-AIC is an independent, UK-based aircraft airfinance arranger, lessor, marketing agent and asset manager.
