The airline now has a total of six aircraft of this model operating in the long-haul fleet.

The twice daily flights of the Lisbon-São Paulo route are now mostly operated by the new TAP fleet Airbus A330neo aircraft. In all, the airline will receive 19 Airbus A330-900neo by the end of 2019, to strengthen and expand the long-haul fleet.

TAP Air Portugal is the only airline in the world to benefit from the many attributes of this aircraft, which is more efficient and has a longer range. It is also a pioneer in offering unlimited free text messaging, via wi-fi, on transatlantic flights for all passengers of this aircraft.

TAP continues to invest in the modernisation and growth of its fleet, making it one of the most modern in the world. The airline will have 71 new aircraft by 2025.
