SAMCO acquires Austrian Airlines Technik Bratislava
SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance (the Netherlands), a leading aircraft maintenance provider, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Austrian Airlines Techniks Bratislava (ATB). Established in 2006, ATB has been offering heavy maintenance services to regional aircraft operators. Under the previous ownership of Austrian Airlines, ATB achieved remarkable growth and success. This change of ownership marks a new chapter for ATB, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to further strengthen ATB's position as a provider of aircraft maintenance services.
SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance is proud off this significant milestone, which doubles its Base Maintenance footprint in Europe and makes SAMCO the largest independent MRO in its market segment. With the Airbus A220 and Embraer 190 E1 and E2 series at the forefront, SAMCO Aircraft maintenance will be a key player for airlines and lessors with this portfolio.
