S7 Airlines says it's interested in purchasing up to 100 SSJ-75, as E170 production will be ended soon once Embraer transitions fully to the E2.

S7, which is currently in talks with Sukhoi Civil Aircraft over its specifications, says it must look beyond Brazil as the E2 is "too heavy".

Russia has allocated US$1.5 billion to upgrade the SSJ100, using mostly Russian components and with PD-10s engines. The new version of SSJ100 will see the number of seats reduced from 98 to 75.
