Ryanair Adds Extra Aircraft To Faro Base To Cater For Record Tourist Demand
Ryanair today (25 May), announced that it is adding an extra aircraft to its Faro base this September to cater for record demand on its flights to the Algarve.
The extra aircraft, bringing the total number of based aircraft at Faro this summer to 9, will operate extra flights from Ireland (Cork & Dublin), Germany (Cologne, Hamburg & Memmingen) and the UK (Bournemouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow, London Stansted & Manchester), as well as an additional flight from Brussels, as Ryanair continues to grow its Portuguese tourism, traffic and jobs.
Ryanair celebrated its Portuguese growth by releasing seats for sale at prices from just €14.99 for travel in June. These low fare seats are available for booking until midnight Sunday (28 May).
