Rolls-Royce is expanding its global service network with a new independent Authorised Maintenance Centre (AMC) in Abu Dhabi operated by Sanad Aerotech.

Sanad Aerotech joins an expanding network of independent AMCs and will provide complete Trent 700 overhaul services for global operators. The Trent 700 currently powers more than 800 Airbus A330s, flying with 83 operators worldwide. The agreement demonstrates how Rolls-Royce is growing its maintenance capacity by forging strategic partnerships with service centres located in important regional locations.

Rolls-Royce Trent 700 customers will now benefit from increased capacity in the Middle East. The agreement with Sanad Aerotech will triple the number of Trent 700s it services annually at its state-of-the-art facility at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Sanad Aerotech is owned by the Mubadala Investment Company, which has operated in the region for three decades.
