Mönchengladbach, Germany, August, 2018 – Regional Airline MRO leader RAS announced today that it has agreed to acquire Contact Air Technik GmbH maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at Saarbrücken Airport.

Contact Air Technik is specialized in base and line maintenance for ATR, Fokker and Bombardier Dash 8-Q400. The two hangars in Saarbrücken have a capacity for 8 Regional Airliners. The facility has made significant investments in tooling over the past few years and currently employs over 60 well-trained aviation mechanics and personnel.
