Spanish airline Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas plans to develop a joint project with Venezuela on a new trans-Alantic venture which will have all the elements of a new airline, according to the carrier's president Fernando Manzo, who celebrated the new link from Madrid to Caracas.

The new project plans to launch in 2019, flying from five European cities to five Latin American cities via Caracas.
