Dubai, UAE – August 18, 2022: Novus has further expanded its team with the appointment of Mitsuru “Brian” Koguchi. Koguchi, who joined the company on 8th August 2022. Novus has an established and strong track record in Japan including successful franchises such as the Ortus operating lease funds in partnership with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and its leading mezzanine debt product with the Development Bank of Japan. Misturu will be focused on continuing to expand Novus’s presence in Japan and the company’s offerings.
An aviation industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Mitsuru joins Novus from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank “SMTB”, where he most recently held the position of General Manager, Structured Finance.
