OEMServices and Nouvelair, the leading leisure airline of Tunisia, have signed a multi-year agreement providing full component support for the airline’s A320 fleet.

As part of its growth strategy, Nouvelair received this summer 2023 an additional delivery of three Airbus A320 aircraft completing the ten A320 aircraft already operating. With its growing fleet of aircraft, Nouvelair has chosen to secure its operational dispatch reliability by selecting OEMServices as its component services provider.

Following the agreement, OEMServices will provide 24/7 component support with spare parts access from its regional pool in Paris Charles de Gaulle, as well as repair services for the Airbus A320 family fleet of aircraft. The component support solution is in line with Nouvelair’s commitment to ensuring availability and on-time performance of its fleet. OEMServices’ expertise in servicing operator maintenance will minimise downtime and optimize repair times for Nouvelair’s A320 fleet.

OEMServices’ original model of support backed by major OEMs, “Original Integrated Services”, will ensure Nouvelair a supply of inventory 24/7, component repair by flight hour, engineering services and the associated logistics for the airline’s Airbus A320 fleet.

Didier Granger, President of OEMServices said, “We are very proud to have been selected by Nouvelair, once again demonstrating the strength of our support model combining OEM expertise and our in-depth know-how of MRO services and logistics support. Our team is entirely dedicated to providing Nouvelair with the expected level of performance and to participate in their success.”

Chokri Zarrad, CEO of Nouvelair added, “Our partnership with OEMServices in the area of component maintenance represents a key element of our success in implementing our growth and expansion strategy. By choosing to collaborate with an internationally reputed partner, Nouvelair aims to strengthen its operational efficiency and performance, while guaranteeing the quality of its services.”
