NAC announces the resignation of Klaus Heinemann; Yadin Rozov named as new Chairman
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announces the resignation of Klaus Heinemann as Chairman and Director of NAC DAC and the appointment of Yadin Rozov as the new Chairman, effective immediately. Yadin has been with the NAC Board since February 2023 and previously served as a Partner at Moelis & Company, where he led the Financial Institution Advisory Group, and as a Managing Director at UBS AG, where he was Head of the Americas for the Repositioning Group.
Klaus Heinemann said, “I have asked the Board and the shareholders to accept my resignation as Chairman and Director of NAC DAC. It has been a privilege to assist shareholders and management in establishing and leading a professional and experienced team of Directors and setting up appropriate corporate governance processes for NAC DAC since its emergence from Chapter 11 in June 2022. Given that NAC is now performing well financially, is under the stewardship of a highly capable management team and is well-positioned for the Company’s next phase of growth, this is a good moment to hand over responsibility as Board Chair. It will also allow me to better focus on my other Board engagements.”
“We thank Klaus for his very substantial contributions to the NAC business and in developing the Board,” said Yadin Rozov. “I look forward to working with the Board and management to position the Company to further realize its growth potential in aircraft leasing.”
Norman Liu, NAC President & CEO, said, “I want to personally thank Klaus for his sage advice and tremendous counsel during the last 18 months. The management team and I are fully committed to working with Yadin and the Board in driving the next phase of development for NAC.”
