DALLAS, TX, January 27, 2020 -- MRO Holdings, Inc. (MROH) announced today their intent to purchase Aviation Exteriors Louisiana (AvEx), an aircraft exterior paint operation in New Iberia, Louisiana. Founded in 1990, AvEx offers full paint services on wide- and narrow-body aircraft in a state of the art, three-hangar paint facility.

With the completion of the AvEx acquisition, MROH targets to expand its paint operations to 10 dedicated paint lines by the end of 2020. This capacity will be in addition to the 70+ lines of maintenance and modification services planned for 2020.
