Montserrat Barriga appointed as ERA Director General

The European Regions Airline Association* (ERA) has appointed Montserrat Barriga as its new Director General.

Barriga brings with her a wealth of experience from within the aviation industry and in particular the regional sector.

Barriga will be taking up her position at the association on 1 November 2017.
Montserrat Barriga, who previously worked for ERA member airline Binter, where she was Director, International Development & Industry Affairs, has substantial experience within the aviation industry. Barriga comments: “I am delighted and honoured to have been appointed as the new Director General of ERA and I hope to meet most of ERA’s members at the forthcoming ERA General Assembly in Athens. ERA is a well-established and respected association and I look forward to continuing the great work carried out on behalf of its diverse members in the future.”
