(Luton, UK – 07 August, 2017) - Monarch Aircraft Engineering Limited (MAEL), the engineering division of Monarch, a leading low cost airline and holiday company, is pleased to announce it has extended its GCAA approval having gained approval for the Boeing 737-700/800 aircraft.
The CAR145 certificate allows MAEL to provide heavy maintenance and other support services for GCAA registered Boeing 737-700/800 aircraft at the MRO’s maintenance facilities in the UK at Birmingham and Luton.
Commenting on the approval, Andy Lowi, Business Development Manager for Monarch Aircraft Engineering said: “The extension of GCAA approval shows our commitment to increase support for the next generation of aircraft and to perform cost effective heavy maintenance solutions for third party customers operating the type.
