• MHIRJ and Regional One join force to improve CRJ Series components availability

Montréal, September 28, 2021 – MHI RJ Aviation Group (MHIRJ) is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its aftermarket portfolio for the CRJ Series through an agreement with Regional One, an aircraft leasing company and worldwide provider of Used Serviceable Material (USM) supporting regional and commercial aircraft operators. Under the agreement, MHIRJ will provide Component Repair and Overall (CR&O), OEM component certification, and distribution of a large number of selected structural parts rendered more readily available through a strategic supply arrangement with Regional One.

“Powered by the extensive inventory of CRJ Series USM Regional One possesses, MHIRJ will expand and diversify the offering of key structural components to its CRJ Series customer base, and further penetrate the rotable material space, while widening the availability of components repaired under the OEM quality and certification standards. This agreement promotes MHIRJ's CR&O business and allows MHIRJ to establish itself as a dependable USM provider, " said Hiro Yamamoto, President and CEO of MHIRJ.
