Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESA) thanks longtime Board of Directors member Dan Altobello for 21 years of serving Mesa Air Group as he retires today.
Altobello joined the Board of Directors in 1998, and has most recently been a member of the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance/Nominating Committee.
“My first encounter with Dan was at my first board meeting where he voted against my nomination as CEO,” said Jonathan Ornstein, Mesa Air Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “After demonstrating that example of good judgement, he has been an excellent board member, serving as the board’s leader for many years. Dan has also become one of my most cherished advisors and friends. His wisdom and intellect are only exceeded by his kindness and generosity. We wish him all the best in his retirement.”
