Med-View Airline shareholders have approved a proposed plan by the board to recapitalize the airline.

The carrier plans to offer for subscription a total of 2,249,350,600 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each -- approximately US$3.1 million.

“We expect 2018 to be a year that will provide us with opportunities for growth and investment and within which we shall consolidate on our past achievements, take advantage of the projected growth the Nigerian economy will offer and deliver value to our shareholders," said CEO Alhaji Muneer Bankole.
