We would like to kindly inform you about the personnel changes in the Management Board of the Company that have occurred in the structures of LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services. The modifications concern personal changes in the two-person Management Board of the Company.

23 October 2018, by the decision of the LOTAMS Supervisory Board, Ms. Aleksandra Juda, acting President of the Management Board since July 27 this year, was appointed the President of the Management Board of LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services. Ms. Aleksandra Juda was the President of the Management Board since July 27 this year.

Ms. Aleksandra Juda will work on ensuring the implementation of the strategy regarding the Company's core business in accordance with the provisions of common law and MOE procedures. In addition, on behalf of the Company's Management Board, the President will be responsible for supervision over the overall operation of the Company's business and for ensuring its systematic, sustainable growth and development.

The Management Board of LOTAMS on 13 September 2018 also appointed Mr. Łukasz Siwiński as a Member of the Technical Board. On September 13, 2018, Łukasz Siwiński was appointed as a Member of the Management Board for Technical Affairs of LOTAMS. Mr. Łukasz Siwiński will be responsible for managing the Company's production activities, processes for the provision of warehouse services and maintenance and the development of technical facilities.
