Petaling Jaya, 18 March 2019 – Malindo Air has announced its new services from Langkawi to Phuket starting 26 March 2019 and Johor Bahru to Guangzhou from 2 April 2019 respectively. Booking is now available for these flights on Malindo Air website www.malindoair.com, ticketing offices, customer care centre and its preferred travel agents.

Flights from Johor Bahru to Guangzhou are offered at a promotional fare of one way RM259 for Economy Class and from RM699 for Business Class. A narrow-body Boeing 737-800 aircraft, comprising of 12 Business Class and 150 Economy Class seats is deployed for this flight which flies on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Flight OD0664 from Senai Airport, Johor Bahru will depart at 10:15p.m. and arrives in Guangzhou Baiyuan International Airport at 2:20a.m. the next day. From Guangzhou Flight OD0665 will depart at 4:55a.m. and arrives in Johor Bahru at 7:15a.m.

Currenlty, Malindo Air is serving daily flights between Kuala Lumpur and Guangzhou. This new route will allow passengers to plan on a twin city tour and take advantage of Johor Bahru as the gateway to Singapore by land transfer.

On the other hand, an ATR600-72 aircraft will be deployed for the flights from Langkawi to Phuket on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Seats are sold at a promotional fare from RM89 one way.

Flight OD1720 will depart from Subang Skypark at 10:15a.m. and arrives at Phuket International Airport, Thailand at 10:45a.m. At 11:35a.m. Flight OD1721 will depart from Phuket at 11:35p.m. and arrives Subang Skypark at 14:10p.m.
