Magnetic MRO is opening its purpose-built Paint Hangar’s doors for operation as of tomorrow, November 2nd, and is pleased to confirm that the hangar is already booked for the next 6 months by both existing and new customers.

The new facility is located at our Tallinn home-base and has been built as a part of company’s growth strategy. The total size of the new paint hangar is 2,853 m² and it enables Magnetic MRO to provide commercial and VIP standard painting services for a wide range of aircraft types, including Boeing 737max and the Airbus 320neo family, as well as all other narrow-bodied aircraft. With this new hangar, Magnetic MRO has not only increased the total dedicated painting area to 4,354 m², but has also gained new competencies in terms of customised features applied to the new facility. The building is equipped with a custom docking system which can be tailored to serve different types of aircraft, making the facility one of a kind in the whole region. It is also designed to accomodate base maintenance visits, and engineered to support value added qualities, such as safety, airflow, contamination control, lighting and energy efficiency. The whole hangar is furnished with a modern, eco-friendly temperature and humidity-controlled ventilation system in order to assure an excellent final product to our existing and new customers. A modern LED light system and easily cleanable white walls supported by advanced infrastructure helps resist contamination build-up and creates a brighter painting environment for finest quality. All Magnetic MRO painting activities are covered by the internationally recognized environmental quality standard ISO 14001, and therefore every detail has been calculated in order to prove the company’s commitment to all customers in terms of meeting and maintaining high quality standards and environmental requirements.

Today, on November 1st, the company is hosting a grand opening event in Tallinn to celebrate this new milestone with its long lasting clients and partners, accompanied by Estonian ministries and Tallinn Airport. During the event, Magnetic MRO will exhibit Azerbaijan Airlines’ freshly painted E170 aircraft, presenting our bespoke quality of work and great results with highly detailed liveries.
