LMI Aerospace Chief Executive Officer Dan Korte has stepped down from the role, and has left the Sonaca Group effective immediately.

“After several years of dedicated service to LMI, Dan decided to pursue other opportunities,” said Sonaca Group CEO Bernard Delvaux. “We are thankful for his leadership and accomplishments during this period, and wish him the best with his future endeavors.”

Cliff Stebe, LMI chief financial officer, will lead the LMI team in the interim while a search for a new CEO is conducted.

“The Sonaca Group, including LMI, has built its reputation on impeccable service,” Delvaux said. “More than ever, our priority is to respect our commitments to our customers, with a twofold focus on on-time delivery and quality.”
