●  Key corporate strategy and process updates including SOX compliance audit

●  Global footprint and significant growth of support and customer success teams

●  LeaseWorks software now hosts roughly half the global leased fleet

STAMFORD, Connecticut, February 24, 2020—LeaseWorks today announced the conclusion of a 12-month project to optimize the transition from its start-up phase into an entity poised for sustained growth. Through process enhancements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance—which will also support audits at our clients—and significant team growth, the company is well-positioned to execute on its planned expansion with new products, services, and markets.

“With enhanced processes, and having doubled our support, development, and customer- facing teams in various geographies, LeaseWorks is now well positioned and mature to commence the next phase of its growth strategy,” said CEO and cofounder Haseem Vazhayil. “LeaseWorks already hosts roughly half the global leased fleet on its software, and these process refinements create a robust base from which we can continue to execute on our vision to help clients create and manage their digital fleet plans.”

Among these initiatives, LeaseWorks has engaged key business and industry advisors to review its strategy, products, and market positioning. This includes Peter Huijbers, Director of PH Aviation Asia., who said, “Having accompanied LeaseWorks from its early concept stage, the company has refined its edge on comprehensive solutions with swift and pragmatic support for the aviation leasing and airline markets. I feel strongly that their tools and services will transform the way aviation assets are leased and managed by lessors and airlines.”
