LAW also hired Javalquinto Bernardo to search for investors who can help inject funds into the carrier, as well as help LAW restructure and sustain its operations.
The airline plans to wet lease aircraft from Cubana de Aviacion as part of its exit plan -- a deal that was secured before LAW suspended operations.
LAW plans for its AOC to be reinstated by the DGAC soon, following a recent audit.
