Latin American Wings (LAW), which suspended operations on 12 March 2018, had its AOC revoked by Chile's Directorate General of Civil Aviation as part of a comprehensive audit conducted by the regulator, which yielded numerous breaches of the aviation regulations.
Moreover, the DGAC found that LAW has failed to comply with the requirements of the aviation authority, affecting the safety of air operations.
LAW was in the process of restructuring and looking for investors.
