Amstelveen, 26 April 2018 – KLM Royal Dutch Airlines shareholders have voted to appoint Fleur Pellerin to KLM’s Supervisory Board. Current member of the Supervisory Board, Cees ’t Hart, has been appointed for a second term. Shareholders also voted to appoint Chief Financial Officer, Erik Swelheim, for a second term on the Board of Managing Directors.

The votes were taken at the KLM Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Fleur Pellerin succeeds Alice Dautry-Varsat.

Mrs Pellerin, currently Chief Executive Officer at Korelya Capital, was previously a Minister for Culture & Communications and Secretary of State for Foreign Trade & Tourism in the French Government.
