Jet2.com and Jet2holidays has today put its biggest ever winter flights and holidays programme on sale, with over 3.5 million seats to 39 winter sun, city and ski destinations for Winter 18/19. This expanded programme includes 10 brand new winter routes and offers holidaymakers more choice and flexibility than ever.
With these brand new routes as well as more flights and extended season lengths to a number of popular destinations, we are announcing a 5% capacity increase on this winter.
Key highlights on our Winter 18/19 programme include:
Introduction of first ever winter programme to Antalya, with services operating from six bases – Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted
First ever winter programme to Madeira from Belfast International as part of a 17% capacity increase at the base
Introduction of new winter flights to Nice and Larnaca from London Stansted
Brand new winter flights to Rome from Newcastle
Continued response to increased demand at Manchester and Birmingham Airports, following our recent capacity increases for this winter and Summer 18
Our Winter 18/19 programme has over 1.2 MILLION seats and a 5% capacity increase to the Canary Islands alone. As well as more flights and extended programmes to the winter sun favourites of Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote, there is also growth to other top sun destinations including Cyprus (Larnaca and Paphos), Faro and Madeira. The bestselling destinations of Alicante, Malaga and Majorca continue to see multiple weekly services from various UK bases.
The programme is not all about the winter sunshine. Over 60,000 additional seats to city break destinations, means Winter 18/19 will be the biggest ever programme for Jet2CityBreaks. A 12% increase in capacity to city destinations includes more services and breaks to Budapest, Prague, Rome, Vienna as well as Krakow and Nice.
Our popular ski programme continues too, with ski flights to seven destinations now on sale. This includes more services to Grenoble and Turin, significant growth to Salzburg from Birmingham and Edinburgh, as well as frequent services to Barcelona (Andorra), Geneva, Lyon, Turin and Verona.
