Kuwait, April 10, 2019: In reference to the news published on the official website of the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Jazeera Airways states that in the case of the incident that took place on August 2017, all necessary procedures were executed and regulatory authorities and official committees have issued their reports.

Jazeera Airways therefore confirms that:

• The information reported in the news are false,
• The Company did not receive any legal claims with regards to a financial compensation,
• The final verdict of the International Investigation Committee as referred to in the news did not find Jazeera Airways KPSC liable in any case,
• There is no financial impact on the Company.

Jazeera Airways KPSC reserves its legal rights to claim compensation for any damages to the Company and its shareholders resulting from the aforementioned news.
