Interjet is mulling partnerships with five major airlines
Interjet is mulling codeshare or interline agreements with Hainan Airlines, Lufthansa, EVA Air, LAN Colombia and Japan Airlines, in addition to its existing partnerships with Alitalia, All Nippon Airways, American Airlines, British Airways, LATAM, and Iberia.
Interjet plans to launch 30 new routes in 2018, as part of its growth strategy.
The new routes include three international routes: Guadalajara-San Francisco; Cancun-San Francisco, and Guadalajara-Chicago. Two routes to Colombia are also under consideration.
Interjet plans to expand its network with the signing of the new agreements.
