19 July 2024 – Dublin, Ireland: IAT Leasing Limited (“IAT”) has completed the acquisition of two (2) 2013 vintage A330-200 aircraft subject to lease with Hawaiian Airlines from ORIX Aviation. The aircraft, bearing manufacturers serial numbers 1404 and 1389, were acquired on behalf of funds managed by Atalaya Capital Management (“Atalaya”).
